This lovely holiday flat for couples and small families on the outskirts of Kleinarl impresses with its as-new furnishings, its sunny location and its beautiful garden, which invites you to barbecue and chill out!
The idyllic holiday region of Wagrain-Kleinarl is an inspiring holiday destination in every season. In summer you can cool off and relax in the Jägersee or the Wasserwelt Wagrain. In winter, skiing and fun on the slopes in the Kleinarl skiing area, in St. Johann/ Alpendorf or in Flachau, which is only 20 minutes away by car, is guaranteed.
The lovingly furnished holiday flat, which also has a dishwasher and microwave in the kitchen, is equipped with everything you need. When the weather is nice, you can barbecue outside and let the children play on the climbing frame in the garden.
As a guest, you have free access to the water world in Wagrain for 3 hours a day, and all day if the weather is nice. In Summer, depending on the length of your stay, you receive free mountain and valley rides for the Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl shuttle mountain.

The process went smoothly, even a rebooking to 10 instead of 10 days was easily possible by phone and I immediately received a new residence permit. The accommodation itself was in a great location in the mountains, was really, very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly want needed for a stay. The owners were also very nice and helpful. I can only recommend it!

Nice appartement.Lekker terras.Slaapbank sleeps a little less is a bit hard.Miste a tray because of the terrace around the corner. Also well equipped. With farewell we received a snaps very nice and the children something delicious. My son also got a chocolate bar because it was his birthday, very nice. Excellent base for many trips to the beautiful Salzburgerland.

Nice house, but small for four people. Clean and nice house. Cozy and welcoming owners, situated near a village where you can eat cheaply. We were there in the summer, in the winter the ski slopes nearby. The owner of the garage you may put your bike or ski gear, plenty of space. In the summer, plenty of nice walks, also plenty of fun things to do in the fires. The owner can tell you nice things about the environment

The house is clean and new, the room is dark and the light always on. The family is very nice and makes every day a chat. Towel change already in the middle of the week. Play area for children and private terrace around the corner from the entrance. Nearby is plenty to do, with the Salzburg Card can be made a lot of trips.

We have great enjoyed our walks in the mountains. It was quiet. The cottage was fully equipped and very neat. The owner was welcoming and easily approachable and always willing to give tips for walks.

Top stay with a great hostess and host! Nice, very neat apartment. Not yet refurbished. Very satisfied. Also the surroundings are beautiful. We have been there in summer but you can see well that in winter there is a paradise for skiing and snowboarding.

Very friendly hostess and host. They are very helpful and are ready for you. The beautiful quiet and spacious house is located in a beautiful area. The area for the most part for winter sports also has a lot to offer for the summer guests. Many attractions and hiking opportunities are in the immediate vicinity. We enjoyed.

Very warm welcome, despite Corona time. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, wonderful beds and fine for 2 people. The private terrace was also very nice. Multiple seats to enjoy the sun or shade. We had a fantastic week and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. Many hiking trails from the apartment.
