This large, modern holiday apartment for a maximum of 7 people is located in a holiday home in St. Michael in the Lungau Biosphere Park in Salzburgerland, surrounded by a wonderful mountain backdrop at the foot of the Grosseck-Speiereck and Katschberg ski areas.

This holiday apartment is on the ground floor and offers a large living room with an open fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a ski storage room and direct access to the garden with garden furniture. You can park directly at the house.

St. Michael im Lungau offers 4 ski areas in the immediate vicinity. The Grosseck / Speiereck ski area with 50 kilometers of slopes is just a few minutes' walk from the accommodation, while the ski areas of Aineck / Katschberg with 17 lifts and 80 kilometers of slopes, Obertauern with 26 lifts and 100 kilometers of slopes and Fanningberg, a small ski area in Weißpriach with 30 kilometers of slopes are also located located a short distance from the house. The rest of the year the area offers countless opportunities such as hiking, mountain biking, water sports, fishing, summer toboggan runs, golf and tennis.

In summer, the outdoor pool in St. Michael im Lungau offers lots of swimming fun! Directly in St. Michael im Lungau and in the surrounding area there are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.

The garden was a beautiful addition and provided a great place to relax after a day on the slopes. I recommend the nearby Mauterndorf Castle for a day trip!

Perfect for our ski vacation! The ski room was a lifesaver, and we appreciated the quick access to the lifts. The nearby restaurants offered delicious local cuisine and made our evenings enjoyable.

The house itself is quite nice. We had the ground floor and could in good weather on the terrace eating or reading a book in the garden. The furniture in the living room is to replace toe.Alles what we needed was present and sufficiently except a hairdryer, but we were happy with. Also, plenty of closet space for storage. Stock The caretaker was rather aloof. We expected that we would get about what to do was close, but beyond good day she did not come. Info She was the rest is polite and friendly and also accessible in case of questions, but did not really have much interest in us.We were four and that was ideal. There was sleeping for more people, but then there is, we fear, not enough closet space in the slaapkamers.Spijtig enough it was a few days quite cold, even though it was August and the heating was off. So we have quite a few times by frost, but the heat does not get up throughout the summer, we also understand again.

It is a very spacious apartment with plenty of seating, 3 full bedrooms and 2 excellent bathrooms. The garden is accessible through a garden door with a (partly) covered terrace and lawn that was not used by anyone else during our stay. Only downside is the clearly audible road through the valley. The landlord who lives upstairs is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is really equipped with all practical kitchen supplies and has plenty of cupboard space and a handy shed for the bikes. The area is beautiful with many opportunities for walking and cycling.
