This modern, stylishly renovated apartment boasts a unique location directly on the slopes in picturesque Sankt Margarethen. In winter, you can ski right to the doorstep, and the ski school is just 200 meters away. You can leave your car parked for the entire duration of your stay. The diverse ski area, with a total of 300 kilometers of slopes, offers ideal conditions for both beginners and experienced winter sports enthusiasts.

The apartment accommodates up to 5 people and is furnished to a high standard with comfortable amenities. We actually book a vacation rental every year, and I have to say, we've never had such a bad experience. There was just too much missing in the apartment. The parking lot was so tight that it took us 20 minutes every morning to drive the car out. Already on the first day when we arrived very tired, we noticed that not even soap was provided. We then had to drive to the supermarket just to buy soap. I find it a bit unprofessional to have to get hold of such little things yourself. There was also no microwave so we couldn't heat up the food quickly which took up a lot of unnecessary time from the day, but the worst part was that 2 people couldn't take a shower one after the other. Their reason was that the "boiler is too small" and that is why you have to wait an hour each time until the water warms up again. The fact that the apartment should be for 6 people, but you have to wait an hour to take a shower, is just ridiculous. The apartment was also very cramped, my ceiling was so small that I was freezing all night (I'm only 1.60cm tall). The location was the only good thing about it. We were so disappointed that we went home earlier than planned. At least one light bulb in every room did not work. As long as you don't stay in the house, you can have a good time. I could write a lot more, but I hope that this will give me a rough picture of the apartment.
