This modern and well-appointed holiday apartment enjoys a prime location on the outskirts of St. Margarethen in the sunny Lungau region and offers ideal conditions for a relaxing or active holiday at any time of year. The apartment was recently completely renovated and newly furnished, boasting a stylish and contemporary living environment.

In winter, ski-in/ski-out access is possible thanks to the proximity to the ski area, and the ski school is just 200 meters away. Three free outdoor parking spaces are available directly at the property.

The Lungau/Obertauern ski area offers approximately 300 kilometers of slopes across four ski resorts – Obertauern, Großeck-Speiereck, Aineck-Katschberg, and Fanningberg – providing ideal conditions for beginners and advanced skiers alike. Lungau is known for its reliable snow conditions, abundant sunshine, and stunning natural landscape with mountains, alpine pastures, lakes, gorges, and waterfalls. Walking and hiking trails begin right in the village, including a particularly beautiful route along impressive waterfalls.

This apartment meets all the requirements for a family ski vacation, plenty of space, a great kitchen, and the opportunity to relax on the terrace. The kids loved the nearby ski lifts, and we enjoyed trying out the local restaurants, especially Löckerwirt.

The apartment was very nice, clean and has a terrace, which we used very much and often. There were enough towels and even more bed linen to change since we were there for 14 days. We had a parking space associated with the apartment - very pleasant!

We were not yet inside or Mrs. was immediately ready to pay the tourist tax immediately. Didn't go in a friendly manner. Floor in the room badly damaged. Large cracks in the kitchen wall. Veneer of the coffee table was loose. Dirty stain on the wall in the room. On top of the armchair backrest a hole. No window in the bedroom so you could not air. Far too large pans for two people. The garden set consisted of a table and two wooden benches without cushions so that after sitting for half an hour you already had back pain. Looked up to a house across the street. sat in the garden above a parking garage so it was a noisy. You could hear people talking and quite a bit of engine noise. We have been on holiday from Belvilla before and we have always been satisfied with that. This was our worst vacation in our 47th wedding anniversary. (Also wrote this review in two weeks ago)

We had a nice family vacation here, The hiking trails around the waterfalls were breathtaking, The apartment itself was well maintained, and we appreciated the attention to detail in the decoration, Very inviting atmosphere
