This beautiful detached chalet for a maximum of 6 people is located approx. 600 meters from the city center of Mariapfarr in Lungau in Salzburgerland, near the ski areas of Fanningberg and Grosseck/Speiereck - Mauterndorf/St. Michael.
The chalet offers a living and dining room with an open kitchen and dining table on the first floor as well as access to its own terrace/veranda. There are also 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is another bedroom with a stackable bed. The chalet also has a ski storage room and a garden. You can park directly at the chalet.
Mariapfarr is a place with a healing climate and one of the sunniest in Austria, but also a true ski paradise; there are the nearby ski areas of Grosseck/Speiereck - Mauterndorf/St. Michael with 50 kilometers of slopes, Fanningberg with 24 kilometers of slopes (both 8 kilometers from the town center), Katschberg-Aineck with 80 kilometers of slopes and Obertauern with over 100 kilometers of slopes. This Lungau holiday resort also offers promising mountain tours, hiking routes, guided ski tours and cross-country ski trails.
In summer and winter, the Samsunn Vitality and Wellness Center in Mariapfarr offers lots of bathing fun and relaxation!
During their stay from June 1st to October 31st, all guests receive the Lungaucard free of charge (except school classes). This is a discount card that gives you free access to the cable cars, swimming pools, museums and much more! You can collect it upon arrival at the tourist office in Mariapfarr.

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature. And the accommodation was great: great facilities, great terrace, everything super clean and well prepared.

House was reasonable, but quite a few defects. Curtains from the rails, slats broken. Furthermore, the house was not really clean!

Positive experience-using environment is beautiful, we have beautiful walks near the house flows a river through a forest. Mariapfarr is a small village with a pleasant atmosphere. Not very & quottoeristisch & quot and that we relish. Adequate facilities in the village supermarket near the house and in the village a nice outdoor pool. Friendly welcome by the owner of the hotel next to the cottage if we needed anything, then it was settled. For example, a parasol and towels. It is a cozy cottage with a spacious balcony and beautiful uitzicht.Minder positive experiences Beforehand we had contacted Belvilla because customer experiences about this accommodation on the stench of oil on the ground floor. Belvilla has contacted the owner and then informed us that the problem was solved. Upon arrival, this turned out to be absolutely the bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor reek of oil from the oil-powered heating system in the room next to the bedroom / bathroom the case. We have this unhealthy stench can camouflage with (expensive) air fresheners and scented candles slightly. It was by no means a pleasant (sl

Great house, quietly amid a three numerous ski areas. All on 10-20 m away from the apartment with adequate parking. The areas are not linked so the ski limited opportunity for experienced skiers. One bedroom is located behind the main bedroom and can also be reached by them. Space

The cottage has pleased us fine. You will be left alone and "at night you hear nothing. You come to rest. The setting is beautiful and the castle in Mauterndorf is worth a visit. The cottage was recently renovated. It looked fine. There were still some bugs. When we got inside the house was not heated. It was long before there was some heat and the heaters were not enough to heat the house. Fortunately we found that a pair of heaters for the rest of the comfort caused. Downstairs is a bedroom with shower room. This was not really cleaned. It was full of dead bugs and there were still some very large spiders. The next day everything was neat clean. Furthermore, there is the smoke that bedroom and the hall very oil. A pervasive air throughout the holiday continued hangen.Na use the first time the stove broke an off button. So a pit could not get out. With hey stop the expansion of the problem was solved. They would come to make but that is in the Christmas week, no more successful. Furthermore, it was a wonderful cottage. Serves 6 (2 adults, 4 children) fine to stay. Unique location and close to the ski resorts. Nice people and a simple kitchen with nice food.We definitely go back sometime

The location of the chalet is very nice with a nice terrace with a beautiful view. The chalet does not have that charming Austrian decor, it is a bit old and messy, but it is fully equipped and it has plenty of storage space and extras such as games and a very extensive kitchen inventory. Kitchen linen is very sparse with only 1 tea towel and 1 dishcloth and a towel package consists of 1 large and 1 small towel, which is very little for a week

The cottage is beautifully situated. Lovely walks straight from the cottage. Also within walking distance of the village, with restaurants and a supermarket. The cottage was fine. Some maintenance is required, such as the blinds, loose tap and refrigerator whose freezer compartment does not close properly, resulting in ice formation. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent shower and bath. We received the address on Bergweg in Mariapfarr. Our navigation didn't know that street. Must be Bergstrasse.

This property is very well located, very clean, a beautiful terrace overlooking the village of Mariapfarr. \\ R \\ nBut for the price in the week, there is no washing machine and a microwave. \\ R \\ nA small inconvenience also: the basement of this place is the laundry hotel "s, and we heard the washing machines at night.
