Holiday home Kosmann is a completely newly renovated house with Wi-Fi.
With 90 m² of living space, there is room for 6 people and 1 small child. On the ground floor there is a guest WC, a separate kitchen, the living room with access to the terrace, as well as a storage room. The entire ground floor is tiled, with granite in the hallway and living room. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort. Here you will find a refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, Senseo pad machine, water and egg boiler, toaster, and CD radio. Furthermore, the kitchen has a cozy corner bench group with a high chair for children. In the living-dining room there is the dining area with table and 6 chairs, another high chair for children, as well as a comfortable sofa set for 6 people, satellite TV, stereo system with CD player, and a DVD player. From the living room you can access the terrace, where you will find garden chairs with cushions, a table, a beach chair and the sun umbrella as well as a charcoal grill. The high-quality renovated guest WC is equipped with a wall-hung toilet and a hand washbasin. From the hallway you reach the upper floor, where there are 3 bedrooms as well as the bathroom. In two bedrooms there is a double bed 1.80m x 2.00m, as well as a child's cot 0.70m x 1.40m with changing mat in one of them, furthermore a travel cot with extra thick mattress. The third bedroom has two single beds 0.90m x 2.00m. The bedroom with the child's cot is solid pine, the other two are furnished in solid spruce. All beds have high-quality new mattresses and slatted frames. The slatted frames are adjustable at the head and foot sections. There is carpeting in the bedrooms. The newly renovated, high-quality bathroom consists of a shower, wall-hung toilet, washbasin, and washing machine. The holiday home includes a storage room for bicycles and a parking space for a car.
On the ground floor, all windows have electric shutters.
On the upper floor, all new Velux windows have blackout blinds.

This exclusive and cosily furnished holiday home is located in a quiet residential area and yet in the immediate vicinity of shops, restaurants, the spa centre and the beach. You can reach the beach in about 15 minutes on foot. Shops and restaurants can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. North Sea resort Dornumersiel Dornumersiel as a state-approved spa resort belongs to the joint municipality of Dornum and also allows cures. There is an approx. m² bathing beach with beach chairs and playground equipment. For guests with dogs, there is a specially designated dog walking trail. Shopping and gastronomic facilities in the immediate vicinity, well-developed cycle paths, various sports and leisure facilities in the close vicinity: fishing, bathing, beach volleyball, cycling, skating, riding, surfing, hiking, flying stunt kites, etc., all contribute to relaxation and recreation. A heated seawater swimming pool surrounded by sunbathing lawns and a tennis court round off the extensive offer. Long, well-maintained cycle paths lead along the dikes. Always close to the water, you can explore the other sights of the coast. The fishing harbour with its crab boats offers the opportunity to go on fishing trips or buy freshly caught fish directly in the harbour, in addition to the hustle and bustle. The Mahlbusen (old harbour) offers you extensive opportunities for leisure activities. Here you can go fishing, canoeing, pedal boating, etc. Boat hire is available directly on the water.

Super
We stayed for the 6th time in the holiday home of the Kosmann family and felt comfortable as always. Even at this time of year, it is wonderful here. Mrs. Palmer, who takes care of the house on-site, is always approachable, everything is just great. We will definitely come back next year.

Great holiday home at top conditions.
We, 2 adults with 2 children, felt very comfortable and can gladly recommend the residence.
We had two wonderful vacation weeks. There are many leisure activities in the village and the surrounding area.
We always love to come back to East Frisia :-)

Holiday with three generations
We were 6 adults and 2 children. It was a very nice week at the Kosmann holiday home. The stereotype of the "old-people" vacation on the North Sea was quickly overturned. Everything was great, even the weather.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Ruhige Wohnlage und dennoch nah zum Strand
free time activities: Gutes Angebot im Ort, aber Sturmfrei in Neßmersiel oder Spaßbad und Seehundstation in Norddeich sind auch sehr zu empfehlen.
shopping facilities: Sehr gut. Eigentlich bräuchte man nichts mitbringen.
