Cottage with whirlpool, sauna and activity room located on a large plot down to a small lake with tables and benches around. One of the two bathrooms has a whirlpool and direct access to the sauna. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house. An air / water heat pump is also installed. The house's kitchen, entrance and bathrooms have tiled floors, and the living room and bedrooms have wooden floors. The large and open kitchen opens into the living room, where the large glass sections provide a bright and inviting space. In the living room there is a wood burning stove that spreads coziness on cooler days. The activity room forms the framework for activities for the whole family with i.a. billiards and table tennis. The house sleeps in four bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and the other two have two single beds. In addition, the house has a good loft, which seats four people. There is also a TV on the loft. The address of the house is partially covered and allows for barbecue and shelter. For the children, there are on the ground several play equipment and in the summer also a trampoline (Use of this is at the tenant's own responsibility / insurance). Free admission to Swimming Center Falster. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

The property was unkempt, a lot was repaired by us in the house, a few beds were terribly worn out, warm water was leaking, the dishwasher was broken and gathered. We had a wonderful time, but a few things in the house urgently need to be replaced, e.g. toilet brushes, beds!! Thank you nonetheless for a nice week with you. Recommendations: beach, just walk to the beach.

Clean, well-equipped holiday home, large well-located property. The mattresses in the alcove upstairs need to be replaced; there are not four sleeping places, it is cozy for one person. Recommendations: Knuthenborg Safari Park and Nykøbing are a must. Bötöskoven is a nice place to enjoy nature with the wild horses.

Well-equipped and generously sized house. Well-kept and large garden. Good entertainment options for rainy days (darts, billiards, table tennis). The showers take some getting used to, warm water flows very little. Kitchen utensils could be replaced (especially the pans). / Beach and shopping facilities are easily accessible. Recommendations: The island of Møn is worth a visit, about 1 hour by car away. The chalk cliffs are very impressive.
