A holiday cottage located close to Fjellerup Strand and approx. 100 metres from one of the best beaches in Djursland. The house is set up with a large living room with a wood-burning stove and a HDMI TV for your own Chromecast as well as a well-equipped kitchen. You can sit on the terrace and enjoy the summer nights while barbecuing supper. The surrounding nature encourages walking and hiking.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The location of the house is very nice and close to the beach despite being in the second row. The surrounding holiday homes are not a nuisance. The garden is close to nature. The interior design, especially the living room, is very cozy. The equipment both inside and outside is well thought out - everything is available in sufficient quantities. / Only drawback: the sleeping options. / The house is definitely only suitable for max. 2 adults, with only small children. / The bathroom is functional. / Positive: Contrary to the information in the description, there is a water cost flat rate of 140 DKK per week.
