The Holiday home

Hidden by the forest,
Away from the crowded city, Milenium Villa offers you ideal conditions of rest and relaxation, along with the comfort one may require for a great holiday .
Situated on a 1000 square meters piece of land, it has boarding capacity for ten people . Next to the villa, there is 1000 square meters garden, an ideal place for playing, meditating or walking in the midst of nature .
Housekeeping is provided 24 hours a day . Breakfast is not included in the boarding cost . We'd like to point out the endowment of the place : parking for cars, terraces, grill, central heating (methane gas), night lightening of the yard, 5 rooms with cable TV, living room with bar and fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, our rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished, each one in a different manner and have cable TV. There are 5 shower bathrooms, with hot water an any hour. The villa has a telephone and is situated very close to Bran Castle and Bran Center with its Villa is placed at an 800 meters distance from Bran Castle, at the entrance in Predelut village, presenting a magnificent view .

Bran is a resort in full development in Romania, due to Dracula's castle, and especially to the legend of Count Dracula. Bran area contains the localities Bran and Moeciu, situated at a height between 750 and 1200 m. The climate is temperate with cool summers and cold winters, with an annual average temperature of 5 degrees C.
The locality Bran contains the villages Poarta, Simon, Predulet and Sohodol.
The locality Moeciu contains the villages Moeciu de Sus, Moeciu de Sus, Cheia, Pestera and Fundata.

Cancellation terms:

You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 1 day before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 1 day before check-in, the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee will be refunded.

The villa is being rented to a single group of people at one time, offering the highest standard of comfort , discretion and privacy. It can be rented even for only two persons at a very reasonable price. We provide the following attendance : * 24 hours housekeeping
* at request : chiroprody, manicure, hair-dressing, massage, baby-sitting
* lunch and dinner - clients must mention this request when booking the villaFor those that come by train and get off in Brasov railway station, they can take a cab or trolley 10 until the station “Bartolomeu Station” from where they can take microbuses to Bran every 30 minutes from Monday to Friday and every one hour Saturday and Sunday.
