Holiday apartments and houses in Sibiu & surrounding area

On arrival we were greeted by the friendly Niku, who speaks perfect English and has always been our contact person. The house is fully equipped, even the washing machine and dishwasher have detergents, as well as soap, toilet paper, charcoal, wood for heating and spices. The final cleaning, bed linen and towels are also included in the price. Niku is happy to provide food from local producers (eggs, milk) on request. There is a small supermarket in the village which is within walking distance and offers things like butter, milk, bread, fruit etc.. the rest is 2 km away. The location is great, three rooms have their own bathroom, one bathroom is in the hallway upstairs and there is also a toilet downstairs so you don't always have to go upstairs. The fridge is big, has three freezer drawers and is no frost. Each room has a TV with SAT reception, but we didn't use it. Downstairs in the living room there is also a TV. Only there we missed a comfortable sofa. But there are comfortable deckchairs for the terrace and we were mostly outside. The living room has a cosy fireplace, which we didn't need in summer. The air is pleasantly fresh. We made 4 day trips to the Carpathians (Transalpina), to Hermannstadt, Kronstadt and Schäßburg. In the house there is a lot of German literature and maps with descriptions and interesting excursion destinations in Transylvania. All the excursions were great. Restaurant prices are 40-60 EUR for 4 people with starter, main course, dessert, drinks and coffee. The food is of good quality, but the maize porridge tasted of nothing, so we preferred mashed potatoes, which were always available on request and were freshly made from potatoes.The wine in Romania is sweet ( semi-dry ) . The people in Romania are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

The location of the house is indescribably beautiful.On all sides breathtaking views over hills,mountains,valleys,flocks of sheep.The host Julian Teves was on site and answered all questions ,took us on a hike on the Hohe Rinne .From the house you can go hiking or just enjoy the beautiful scenery.The rental of a Datia Duster (SUV) proved to be very suitable for getting to the house.The house itself left nothing to be desired,is very tastefully furnished.We felt very comfortable and will remember the beautiful trip for a long time.Thank you very much Fam.Baumann from Berlin

After being warmly welcomed by Werner at the airport, we were first taken to the house and given the first tips for our stay. We had a beautiful room with terrace and garden, very comfortably furnished. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the care by the landlord was excellent. Everything we needed was there and the food we ordered at Tanti Onuta was delicious. You can also book a car directly with Werner, everything very uncomplicated and pleasant. We can highly recommend the house at any time.
