Open kitchen(cooker(electric), hood, coffee machine, dishwasher, freezer(60-99L), fridge-freezer, washing machine), Living/bed room(TV(satellite, german television channels, danish TV channels (DR1 and TV2)), DVD player, radio), bedroom(double bed, children's bed), bedroom(double bed), bedroom(2x single bed), bathroom(bathtub or shower, washbasin, toilet), sauna(5 persons), heating(electric), terrace, terrace(roofed)

A holiday cottage with sauna, located on a 1714 m² large, almost closed, natural plot in a peaceful area. Open kitchen from 2014 in direct connection with dining section and living room with a wood-burning stove. From here you can access the south-facing and partly covered terrace with outdoor furniture. This house is suitable for children and there is a swing outdoors. There is also a dog run. No letting to youth groups.

Cancellation terms:

  • General Conditions
  • Until 60 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
  • From 59 to 35 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
  • From day 34 and up to and including the date of arrival or later and in case of failure to show up when the rental period commences: 100 percent of the total rental price + administration fee.
  • Prepaid extra services, e.g. bed linen, final cleaning and baby chair etc., will be 100% refunded if the tenant cancels the rental agreement.
