Newly renovated in March 2024 holiday cottage located on a 1525 m² large natural plot in a peaceful area. Open kitchen in direct connection with dining section and living room. From the living room and sunroom you can access the south-facing and partly covered wooden terrace with outdoor furniture. There is also a stone covered terrace facing west. There is a swing, sandbox, Wendy's house and seesaw. No letting to youth groups.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hell, Spielplatz für Kinder vorhanden, Im Außenbereich reichliches Platzangebot für Ruhephasen, Endlich mal ein Haus, das gut durchlüftet war (kein Feuchtgeruch in den Räumen)! Entfernung für Frühstücksbrötchen 1200m (Campingplatz), Zum Strand mi dem Fahrrad ca, 25 Minuten, / Punkteabzug: Platzmangel für die Unterbringung von Lebensmitteln bei Selbstversorgung (kleiner Schrank wäre nicht schlecht, Platz ist ja reichlich vorhanden), Kein Geschirrspüler, Außenbereich "naturbelassen",
