A holiday cottage located close to the beach. Combined kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove that can keep you warm on cool nights. There is a sunroom where you can relax with a book or a round of board games. Sheltered terraces with outdoor furniture. There is a sandbox and swing for children. The washing machine is placed in the garage (not for cars), found below the house. No letting to youth groups.

Until 60 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
From 59 to 35 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
From day 34 and up to and including the date of arrival or later and in case of failure to show up when the rental period commences: 100 percent of the total rental price + administration fee.
Prepaid extra services, e.g. bed linen, final cleaning and baby chair etc., will be 100% refunded if the tenant cancels the rental agreement.

Das Haus ist geräumig, Es gibt zwei Terrassen und alles was man für ein schönen Urlaub braucht,Die Küche besitzt alles, hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen, Es liegt fussläufig nur ca, 5 Minuten von der Strandpromenade entfernt, Von dort aus kann man sofort zum weitläufigen Sandstrand, Ich kann dieses Haus wirklich empfehlen,
