Description
Cosy wooden holiday home in a very good location and quiet surroundings in Kongsmark. The large natural plot is surrounded by trees. From the sheltered terrace you can let the sun shine on your belly undisturbed. Enjoy the beautiful view over the heather-covered ground from the cosy living room. You will also find TV with satellite dish and radio. The kitchen is equipped with cooker with oven, refrigerator and microwave. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, toilet and sauna. The cottage has 2 bedrooms: (DB)+(2 single beds). For the children there is a sandpit and a swing. The house is 2014/2016, rebuilt, renovated and equipped with new furniture.

Large nature plot of 2500 m2, with a distance of 1000 metres to the grocer,restaurant and 2300 metres to the coast dunes and wide beaches. The southern west coast is also called "Denmark's bathing land". And not without reason - the wide beaches from Römö to Hanstholm, with the high dunes everywhere, are made for real family holidays or long walks.

Rømø has Europe's longest and widest sandy beach, approx. 12 kilometres long and approx. 1-3 kilometres wide. There is plenty of room here for everyone who likes to swim, play, sail or surf. On Rømø's west side, the finest sandy beach stretches the entire length of the island. The beach is open and shallow and between 1-3 kilometres wide - depending on the tides. The sea regularly washes over the beach and this makes amber finds possible time and again. The northernmost part of the beach is closed off as a military area, but the rest of the beach can be used freely.

Hygge with heart, passion and comfort
We have been coming back to Hyggely for a few years now and feel at home. Helle and Manfred are wonderful hosts of this house and have put love, cleanliness, functionality and modernity into every corner. This cottage is perfect for families with 1 to 2 children but also as a couple and with friends you will have a great stay here.
We will definitely come back again and again to Hyggely ??❤️

einfach hygelig
Danke Manfred - für wieder mal wie nach Hause kommen. Euer kleines rotes Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. - klein, aber sehr fein. Wir haben uns einfach wieder super wohl gefühlt und hoffen, dass wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen dürfen.

Gepflegtes, modernes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Es liegt auf einem sehr ruhigen, geschützen Grundstück und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Small Hyggely all big
We were unfortunately only on Römö for a short weekend this time and were warmly welcomed by Helle and Manfred. The Hyggely offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A brand new kitchen with dishwasher, good kitchen equipment, comfortable mattresses, very clean, sauna, TV with many German channels, the fireplace heats the little house super. There were four of us there, perfect for a few days, but for 2 weeks it would be too small for US as a family. We felt comfortable all around and can recommend it without reservation. Thank you very much Helle and Manfred.

Total klasse !!
Wie alle Häuser von Manfred ist auch dieses ganz toll. Wir waren hier zum ersten Mal und haben gleich wieder gebucht. Klein, fein, gemütlich und alles, was man braucht. Gerade, wenn man nur zu Zweit fährt, reicht die Größe völlig aus. Preis-Leistung einfach top !!

Sehr zu empfehlen
Wir waren zu zweit und haben einen schönen, erholsamen Urlaub genossen.
Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und tadellos. Mehrere Sitzecken, so dass man immer einen Sonnenplatz oder eine windgeschützte Ecke findet. Sehr ruhig und geschützt mit viel Vogelgezwitscher und ein Fasanenpaar schaut auch täglich vorbei. Zu Fuß 10 Minuten zum Kaufmann oder zum Schlachter und mit dem Rad eine Viertel Stunde zum Strand. Wenn`s mal nicht so ganz mit dem Wetter passt, empfehelen wir Ausflüge nach Ribe, Esberg oder Logumkloster. Helle und Manfred, die Vermieter, sind wirklich sehr nett.

Perfect
The house is fantastic. I was there alone and went straight back in January 2017. You can take very nice walks and enjoy the time to wind down. It is very quiet at that time and so you can relax very well. Furthermore, it is really wonderful that there is a sauna and a stove. Absolutely cosy atmosphere.

Super gemütlich und erholsam!
Wir sind nun schon zum 3. Mal in diesem super gemütlichen Haus, zuvor einige Male in einem anderen Haus des Vermieters. Wir fühlen uns vom ersten Moment sehr wohl, (fast) wie zuhause! Es bietet wirklich alles für eine erholsame Zeit und lässt keine Wünsche offen auf dieser wunderschönen Insel! Auf diesem Wege ein großes Dankeschön an die so sehr freundlichen Vermieter! klein aber fein
So ein schönes kleines Haus mit guter Einrichtung sehr sauber und was ganz wichtig ist , gute Matratzen . Wir haben das Vermieter-Ehepaar persönlich kennengelernt sind sehr nett, und sprechen gut deutsch. Wir haben gemerkt, die wissen was der Urlauber möchte. Nicht nur immer kassieren, sondern auch investieren. Hier ein grosses Lob an die Vermieter und macht weiter so, hoffentlich danken es euch die Urlauber.
Habe heute die Vermieter-Seite angeschaut und auf den Bildern wieder gesehen das viel verändert und gemacht wurde.
Wir sind seit 1978 Römö-Urlauber und haben schon viel negatives in den Ferienhäusern erlebt, die meisten Leute wollen nichts investieren und nur die Kohle der Urlauber. Auch wir müssen für unser Geld arbeiten.
