The extremely great location. The view of the sea. / The pool was a daily highlight for our children. Recommendations: We took a very nice trip to Skagen. It was very worthwhile for us as we had the best weather. And we were very lucky to see seals.

We informed the specified contact via email about deficiencies on the day of arrival. The next day, we sent corresponding photos and described the deficiencies in detail online (under "Please rate your arrival experience"), also with photos. Our request for cleaning was not fulfilled. The deficiencies were as follows: - Completely dirty pool area (trash and dirt on the floor, dirty chairs, sticky table), - as well as dirty toilet and shower by the pool. - Practically inaccessible water meter, completely overgrown with thorny bushes. We fought our way through. - Unrecognizable water meter, because it was fogged up from the inside. Therefore, we did not report the water level. - Access to the key box overgrown. - Back terrace and its furniture completely dirty.
- Many thick cobwebs in the washing machine room.
- Very dirty windows, inside and outside.
- The kitchen (refrigerator, stove, countertops, cabinets, chairs, table, etc.) and
- a bathroom (toilet, shower curtain, sink, mirror, cabinets, floor, etc.) we cleaned ourselves with great effort.

This accommodation is exactly what we needed for our family outing. The property is clean and we appreciated the eco-friendly energy source. The sauna and hot tub were fantastic after a long day at the beach. We would definitely come back!
