On a large, magnificent dune plot approx. 100 m from the wide sandy beach you will find this well-located holiday cottage with swimming pool. All energy is green power from wind turbines. 50 m² open + 16 m² covered terrace. Sea view from house and plot. The house has a large living room with wooden flooring from 2005 and kitchen from 2009. Sauna, solarium, whirlpool and 18 m² swimming pool (also renovated in 2005) that provides many pleasant hours for the whole family. With 4 bedrooms, 2 fine mezzaniness with children beds and 2 bathrooms the house is suitable for several families. There are water-saving toilets in the house.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Recommendations: So our vacation was basically really great!! However, some things were really less nice, like the house from the outside and the surroundings with 1m high grass and nettles were rather unpleasant, especially since the meter box and the water meter were really hard to reach because of that (the path to the water meter was really terrible!!!) A new paint job on the outside would also be appropriate!! The house from the inside with pool and sauna was okay so far!!! except for a few minor things like, for example, in the bathroom that the mirror lights did not work, a few broken lamps, and the cleanliness upon our arrival was actually all in all very good!! Oh, one major drawback, however, was the door to the terrace that could not be locked; it was only secured with a rubber band!! As excursions, one can recommend the amusement park and the aquarium (in Hirtshals)

General condition is somewhat aged. Lighting in both bathrooms is defective. Window in the (parent) bedroom cannot be opened or closed. Equipment with dishes is sparse.

We fought our way through. - Unrecognizable water meter, because it was fogged up from the inside. Therefore, we did not report the water level. - Access to the key box overgrown. - Back terrace and its furniture completely dirty.

- Very dirty windows, inside and outside.
