Ideally located holiday cottage in beautiful surroundings close to the beach. The decor is pleasant and in harmonious colours. The house has been equipped with sauna and whirlpool. From the living room you have access to a 30 m² terrace, part of which is covered. Underfloor heating in both bathrooms. There is an energy-saving heat pump, which ensures a comfortable climate year round. The heat pump helps to reduce the cost of electricity. The house has benn renovated over a number of years. The house has a large garage. The house is centrally located for trips to e.g. Legoland in Billund, the miniature town in Varde, Esbjerg with Fiskeri- og Søfartsmuseet with a saltwater aquarium and the Sealarium, an ourdoor tank, and Scandinavia's oldest town, Ribe. The town has existed since Viking times, and people have found many traces after the Vikings. Free admittance to water park. No letting to youth groups.

The house is centrally located to the beach, the town center, and for bad weather to the adventure pool at the campsite. The house is spacious and has everything that is needed, but it would be nice if there were a few more ceramic bowls. The property is large and beautifully surrounded by forest-like vegetation, allowing the deer to feel at home at all times. Very nice. It's worth noting that I have rented this house multiple times before.

The bathroom needs cleaning and some renovation, both the bathroom and kitchen were not clean, as well as the dishes and refrigerator. Therefore, we tried to clean some things, but we were too disgusted to use the sauna and hot tub, whose drain was full of hair.

The TV armchairs are amazing and the fireplace is also great. / The house is very centrally located to the town and the beach. / The Tripitz museum and the zoo are easily reachable on foot or by bike. / The shower rod and shower head need to be replaced, as well as the cutlery, especially the knives, all the kitchen knives are dull!
