Holiday cottage located in a large cottage area with a lot of outdoor space that can easily be used for ball games. The house is modern performed with many interesting details and functionally furnished. Kitchen/dining area with all appliances. Decorated with nice bedrooms with box-mattresses that can be double or single. The living room includes a wood-burning stove that makes the dark nights extra cosy. There is a PlayStation. Living room combined with dining and kitchen area. Large bathroom with shower and whirlpool, toilet and sink. Terraces around the house. No letting to youth groups.

Cancellation terms:

  • General Conditions
  • Until 60 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
  • From 59 to 35 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
  • From day 34 and up to and including the date of arrival or later and in case of failure to show up when the rental period commences: 100 percent of the total rental price + administration fee.
  • Prepaid extra services, e.g. bed linen, final cleaning and baby chair etc., will be 100% refunded if the tenant cancels the rental agreement.
