We had a good time at the holiday home in Faaborg, The two floors gave us enough room to spread out and not be on top of each other, which was nice, The kitchen was well-equipped, and we loved grilling on the terrace, Only downside was the WiFi was a bit slow sometimes, but honestly, it didn’t ruin our stay, Close to the beach and some lovely spots to eat nearby, Would definitely come back for another family trip!

A nice and quiet get-away! We loved the serene environment and the short distance to Klinten Strand, Our kids had a blast playing outside, and the terrace was perfect for evening dinners, Would love to visit again, especially during the summer months!

Shield of aesthetics! Bright and airy, plus the slanted walls give it a unique appearance. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to whip up some snacks. WiFi was strong, which is a must for posting those vacation photos.

Very quiet location with little light pollution, the Milky Way was clearly visible at night. View of Helnaes Bay about 800m away from the kitchen and bathroom. Nice apartment where we felt very comfortable overall. Some things were unusual, and therefore we described them again. // Property: very well maintained and the lawn was mowed often. Seating area with table, four chairs, and charcoal grill, but completely surrounded by a hedge with the beautiful view, we did not use. / / You can already see some wildlife like field hares, rabbits, hedgehogs, and pheasants directly on the property. About 300m away is a poultry farm, but it doesn't disturb at all. / / Kitchen: / / The kitchen has been freshly renovated and is newer than shown in the pictures, e.g., with a ceramic cooktop and extractor hood, no microwave available. Dishes and cooking utensils are plentiful, as well as a kettle, coffee maker, and flat toaster (looks like a warming plate). / The refrigerator was turned off and unplugged upon receipt. The outlet is located behind the drawer under the refrigerator, which must be removed for access. Each outlet has its own switch, which is common in Denmark. If the refrigerator is not working, pull out or detach the drawer and turn on the outlet. / / Sensitive wooden floor even in the kitchen area, one has to be careful and it's better not to spill anything, so we mostly only used the oven. / / Bedrooms: / / Each of the four bedrooms includes a large dresser as well as a wardrobe in the large bedroom downstairs and a shared wardrobe for the bedrooms under the roof. Besides beds and dressers, there is nothing in the upper bedrooms. We also did not need the upper floor. The stairs there are not very pleasant to walk on, rather very short steps and very open, see pictures. The beds are quite soft when sitting on them, but lying down was okay for people who prefer harder mattresses, still acceptable. The bedrooms have fabric roller blinds for darkening. / We booked bed linen and towels, assuming that it is Ikea bedding with special sizes. / / Bad : / * Taglight with clear glass window / * Water meter next to the toilet covered in wooden box, can still photograph the hole. / - Shower has no shelf space except for the fixture and only a curtain / - Washbasin with very narrow sink / / Living room / * cozy chair corner / - Leather sofa very worn and soft, did not use that. / - Only had ZDF as the German channel on TV for people for whom TV is important / o No radio, one should think of that oneself / + good, fast, and stable Wi-Fi / + a lot of space / / In the house, one has quite often seen individual harmless bugs and earwigs. There were also traps there. / / The windows open outward as is usual by the sea and are locked with snap closures. They can be secured in two stages with a bolt. The balcony door can be fixed by simply pressing the handle down in the open position. It has no handle on the outside, so you can lock yourself out if you have locked the front door. The front door also has an unusual mechanism; you have to press the handle up to the 1 o'clock position, then the bolt comes out, and you can lock the door from the inside using the turn knob or lock it from the outside. If you don't do that, the bolt doesn't block the door and it is not locked. / / Additional costs: Are reasonable for Denmark, in summer you don't need heating and probably also no air conditioning, so we managed well with three people in two weeks with 31¬.
