I couldn't recommend the house as long as it hasn't been completely renovated. Unfortunately, the house wasn't particularly clean. There were still leftovers in the cupboard in the kitchen and in the microwave. In one bathroom, the toilet seat was loose. The holder for the toilet roll was very loose and almost fell off the holder. The grille on the extractor hood was hanging down on one side and the whole area was disgustingly greasy and dirty. In the second bathroom, there was a bit of mold on the window. The lawns hadn't been mown. There was no sand in the sandpit. Unfortunately, the service office was not available in person from Monday 1 p.m. to Thursday inclusive. No one could be reached by phone on Monday at 12.30 p.m. There was no response to an email.

They were simply small defects that can be easily remedied. It also needs to be cleaned properly. Considering that the final cleaning costs 190¬, it felt like nothing was done. Dishes were dirty, cobwebs, windows covered in handprints and dirt in the corners. That's a shame. But it was still a nice holiday. In winter it feels like everything is closed and you can't do anything except go out to eat and take a walk. In summer it would be a really nice holiday. I couldn't recommend the house as long as it hasn't been completely renovated. Unfortunately, the house wasn't particularly clean. There were still leftovers in the cupboard in the kitchen and in the microwave. In one bathroom, the toilet seat was loose. The holder for the toilet roll was very loose and almost fell off the holder. The grille on the extractor hood was hanging down on one side and the whole area was disgustingly greasy and dirty. In the second bathroom, there was a bit of mold on the window. The lawns hadn't been mown. There was no sand in the sandpit. Unfortunately, the service office was not available in person from Monday 1 p.m. to Thursday inclusive. No one could be reached by phone on Monday at 12.30 p.m. There was no response to an email.

The outdoor area of the house offers a lot for the children, every child will find something for themselves, it is only a few minutes walk to the beach, / The house itself is functionally furnished, but it is definitely too small for 12 people, I would say it is for a maximum of 8 people, / The pool area has long deserved a refresh (from chipped paint, damp mold), / In the sauna area, as can be seen in the pictures, the fresh air supply should be fitted with the sliding latch and the lamp should be screwed tight, thermostat for / underfloor heating in the bathroom is broken, in front of the pool area there are also 2 thermostats that could have been labeled so that you know where to heat, we used almost 750kw/h of electricity in a week, it could definitely have been a lot less with the sensible Sliding latch in the sauna, because a lot of cold air comes through the ventilation grille, as the door in the sauna cannot be locked. They were simply small defects that can be easily remedied. It also needs to be cleaned properly. Considering that the final cleaning costs 190¬, it felt like nothing was done. Dishes were dirty, cobwebs, windows covered in handprints and dirt in the corners. That's a shame. But it was still a nice holiday. In winter it feels like everything is closed and you can't do anything except go out to eat and take a walk. In summer it would be a really nice holiday. The garden is a cozy place for young and old.
