Holiday home located in beautiful and scenic surroundings in a holiday home area in Gedesby, only approx. 150 meters from the lovely beach. The house sleeps in three rooms with a bunk bed for 2 people, 1 double bed and a room with 2 single beds. The kitchen has i.a. microwave and refrigerator with small freezer. The house has a good living room, living room and two lovely terraces. Fantastic good grounds with peace and space for ball games and play as well as just enjoying the sun on the large terrace. Not for rent to youth groups.
A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Das Haus rustikal und einfach gehalten, aber nicht abgewohnt. Ausstattung ausreichend für die alltäglichen Dinge. Grundstück und Lage sind super mit Garten nach hinten raus. Insgesamt sehr ruhig trotz Eckgrundstück. Im Schuppen gibt es Spiele wie Federball oder Kubb und drin Malbücher und Puzzel. Internet mit guter Leistung. Lediglich das Bad vor allem die Dusche und Duschamaturen können ein Upgrad vertragen und der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken, da dieser nur in bestimmter Position Dicht war.Die Betten haben Jugendherberg Charakter aber passt zum Gesamteindruck. Schönes Wohnzimmer von der Größe, die Schlafzimmer zweckmäßig und daher nicht sonderlich groß aber völlig ausreichend. Insgesamt aber ein typisch Dänisches Haus mit Charme und für Urlauber die nicht den ganzen Tag nur im Haus sein wollen völlig ok. Empfehlungen: Vom Haus aus kann man Tagesausflüge gut bewältigen. Empfehlenswert sind das BonBon Land (unbedingt Ãffnungszeiten beeachten), Knuthenborg Safari Park, Tivoli Freizeitpark (wenn man hohe Parkkosten vermeiden will, einfach Park and Ride.von Nykøbing aus machen) kostenlos große Parkplätze und von dort entspannt mit dem Zug nach Kopenhagen fahren. Auch zu empfehlen Eisdiele in Marylist und Fun Park Marylist sowie der Krokodil Zoo und das Kuriositäten Museum
