This charming holiday cottage with thatched roof is located in scenic surroundings within walking distance to the Wadden Sea at Ballum. The house has a bedroom with double bed, bathroom and open-concept kitchen with dining area on ground floor. There is also a large living room with sofa bed, a heat pump and a wood-burning stove that can heat the entire ground floor. In the centre of the living room is a staircase leading to the mezzanine with an extra bed. 1st floor has 2 bedrooms with a bed each. A cosy house for guests who love nature, peace and quiet. No letting to youth groups.

The house is located in a beautiful environment, is comfortably furnished with everything you could wish. Very quiet, very pleasant and relaxing. We were with two dogs and enjoyed it very much. The property is not fenced. Since there is not much traffic on the adjacent street, that was fine. With fence or similar would it be perfect ...
