Holiday home located just a few minutes walk from the sea at Øster Hurup in a quiet holiday home area. Living room in open connection with the kitchen and with access to a partially covered terrace. There are three good bedrooms and a bathroom as well as a loft with two mattresses. The house is located at the end of a small gravel road with secluded garden. Not for rent to youth and artisan groups.

The holiday home is located at the end of a dead end street. The property is open to the street. At the end of the dead end street, there is a 200 m long path leading to the Baltic Sea. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the town of Oster Hurup along the beach. The holiday home is comfortably furnished. The furniture is a bit older but well-maintained. One bedroom is set up for children with toys, and a high chair and a cot are also available.
