Description

Open kitchen(cooker(electric), hood, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine), Living/bed room(TV(cable, danish TV channels (DR1 and TV2)), radio, high chair), bedroom(double bed, children's bed), bedroom(2x single bed), bedroom(2x bunk bed), bathroom(floor heating)(bathtub or shower, washbasin, toilet), sauna(3 persons), heating(electric), terrace, terrace(roofed), play equipment, air to air heatpump

Holiday home with sauna located by Skaven Strand. The house is equipped with climate / heat pump system, which cools in summer and heats in winter and is further energy efficient. On the south-facing terrace you will always find a corner with shelter. There is also a campfire site on the plot. For the kids there are swings and sandpit. The large lawn is as created for ball games or a small healthy badminton match. Not for rent to youth groups.

Cancellation terms:

  • General Conditions
  • Until 60 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
  • From 59 to 35 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
  • From day 34 and up to and including the date of arrival or later and in case of failure to show up when the rental period commences: 100 percent of the total rental price + administration fee.
  • Prepaid extra services, e.g. bed linen, final cleaning and baby chair etc., will be 100% refunded if the tenant cancels the rental agreement.
