The only thing that bothered us was that the pool house was very warm and overheated, and you couldn't adjust the temperature yourself. A call to Dancenter for assistance unfortunately went unanswered. Thus, in the end, the electricity costs were higher than they should have been. However, the pool was very clean and well-kept. Recommendations: After swimming in the pool, be sure to close the cover again, as otherwise the electricity costs will increase even more.

The house was good for a vacation with a dog. The proximity to the beach and the garden were very suitable for that. The house was tidy, not overly clean. The wood stove created a good atmosphere. Adequately sized for 5 people and a shepherd dog. We would refrain from larger groups. Recommendations: Nykobing is a nice little town in close proximity, a bit sleepy in winter, but good enough for a vacation. Otherwise, beach walks and bike rides are a great option to get moving.

We were in this house in autumn 2020. Year of construction 1993 - we were a bit skeptical at first. But we were proven wrong. The house is situated on a large, fenced, and well-maintained property with many play equipment for smaller children. The path to the beach is relatively short. The parking options in front of the house are sufficient, even for a 7 m long motorhome. / The furnishings in the house are adequate. The technical devices are basically fine and easy to operate. Exceptions: The grease filter from the extractor hood should definitely be cleaned, and the connection of the television in the children's room must be checked. However, we did not need that. The house has a very nice pool with a counter-current system. Self-measured water temperature approx. 29 °C. The underfloor heating could be manually increased. Light signs of use in the shower were present, but not unpleasant. Conclusion: The holiday home is not brand new anymore, but it is excellent for a vacation. We felt comfortable. / / One note: There is no indication for reading the water meter. You have to imagine the decimal point: for example, the display 90268 means 902.68 cubic meters. / Particularly practical is the billing of additional costs at the end of the vacation. There are 3 mattresses in the attic, no window to open, and you have to climb up a ladder attached to the wall. Not suitable for us to sleep on. We had distributed the mattresses in the rooms for sleeping. The house is away from the hustle and bustle and very nicely located.

We found this holiday home to be very accommodating for our large group, The kitchen was well-stocked, and the living areas were spacious and inviting, The nearby dining options were a nice surprise, especially the Homemade Bakery for breakfast treats!

We had a great time in this holiday home. The pool is perfect for families, plus the sauna was a nice addition after a long day at the beach. The kitchen was also well equipped! The only downside was that the WiFi was sometimes a bit slow.

This vacation home had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The pool was the highlight, and we loved the outdoor area. The proximity to Marielyst Beach was a plus. A few minor maintenance issues would be my only complaint, but nothing that ruined our time.

There are 3 mattresses in the attic, no window to open, and you have to climb up a ladder attached to the wall. Not suitable for us to sleep on. We had distributed the mattresses in the rooms for sleeping. The house is away from the hustle and bustle and very nicely located.

The layout of the rooms was very good, the peace and quiet, it wasn't 50m to the sea, but still not too far, the kitchen was good apart from a few minor things and the pool was amazing, there were four of us, but there was room for 8 people, all in all we had a lovely holiday
