A call to Dancenter for assistance unfortunately went unanswered. Thus, in the end, the electricity costs were higher than they should have been. However, the pool was very clean and well-kept. Recommendations: After swimming in the pool, be sure to close the cover again, as otherwise the electricity costs will increase even more.

Recommendations: Nykobing is a nice little town in close proximity, a bit sleepy in winter, but good enough for a vacation. Otherwise, beach walks and bike rides are a great option to get moving.

We were in this house in autumn 2020. Year of construction 1993 - we were a bit skeptical at first. But we were proven wrong. The house is situated on a large, fenced, and well-maintained property with many play equipment for smaller children. The path to the beach is relatively short. The parking options in front of the house are sufficient, even for a 7 m long motorhome. / The furnishings in the house are adequate. The technical devices are basically fine and easy to operate. Exceptions: The grease filter from the extractor hood should definitely be cleaned, and the connection of the television in the children's room must be checked. However, we did not need that. The house has a very nice pool with a counter-current system. Self-measured water temperature approx. 29 °C. The underfloor heating could be manually increased. Light signs of use in the shower were present, but not unpleasant. Conclusion: The holiday home is not brand new anymore, but it is excellent for a vacation. We felt comfortable. / / One note: There is no indication for reading the water meter. You have to imagine the decimal point: for example, the display 90268 means 902.68 cubic meters. / Particularly practical is the billing of additional costs at the end of the vacation. You can read it yourself and enter the meter readings via a link on the internet. Payment can be made immediately with a credit card. The advantage of it all: While the other vacationers stood in a long line in front of the Dancenter to submit their documents, we were able to drop the folder and the key into a mailbox and were done quickly. There are 3 mattresses in the attic, no window to open, and you have to climb up a ladder attached to the wall. Not suitable for us to sleep on. We had distributed the mattresses in the rooms for sleeping. The house is away from the hustle and bustle and very nicely located.

The parking options in front of the house are sufficient, even for a 7 m long motorhome. / The furnishings in the house are adequate. The technical devices are basically fine and easy to operate. Exceptions: The grease filter from the extractor hood should definitely be cleaned, and the connection of the television in the children's room must be checked. However, we didn't need that. The house has a very nice pool with a counter-current system. Self-measured water temperature approx. 29 °C. The underfloor heating could be manually adjusted higher. Light signs of use were present in the shower, but not unpleasant. Conclusion: The holiday home is not brand new anymore, but it is excellent for a vacation. We felt comfortable. / / One note: There is no indication for reading the water meter. You have to infer the decimal point: for example, the display 90268 means 902.68 cubic meters. / Particularly practical is the billing of additional costs at the end of the vacation. You can read it yourself and enter the meter readings via a link on the internet. Payment can be made immediately with a credit card. The advantage of it all: While the other vacationers stood in a long line in front of the Dancenter to submit their documents, we were able to drop the folder and the key into a mailbox and were done quickly. There are 3 mattresses in the attic, no window to open, and you have to climb up a ladder attached to the wall. Not suitable for us to sleep on. We had distributed the mattresses in the rooms for sleeping. The house is away from the hustle and bustle and very nicely located.
