Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und in einem guten Zustand. Es hat eine gute Einrichtung und alles ist super in Ordnung. Die Küche ist perfekt und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch der Außenbereich mit dem großen Garten und zwei Terrassen ist zu jederzeit gut nutzbar. Ideal für Hundebesitzer ist das komplett eingezäunte und sehr große Grundstück. Auch von den Energiekosten her ist das Haus zu empfehlen, da es über eine Wärmepumpe und einen Kaminofen verfügt. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig, es ist nicht weit zum Strand. Empfehlungen: Idealer Ausgangsort für alle Unternehmen in Nordjütland an Nord- und Ostsee.
