Description

Open kitchen(cooker(electric), coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine), Living/bed room(TV(cable, german television channels, danish TV channels (DR1 and TV2)), DVD player, radio, high chair), bedroom(2x single bed, children's bed), bedroom(2x single bed), bathroom(floor heating)(bathtub or shower, washbasin, toilet), carport, heating(electric), terrace, garden, BBQ, air to air heatpump

On a quiet road in Hejlsminde's beautiful holiday area is this cottage with a view of the Little Belt. The house has been renovated for the summer of 2018 and looks bright with a spacious kitchen-dining room with new kitchen and good dining area, and there is also a cozy sofa area. There is a double patio door out to the patio. The bathroom has a washer and dryer. There are beds from 2018, please note that there is a passage from one to the other bedroom. Outside you can enjoy the garden and the sun's rays from morning to evening. Just 50 meters from the house you will find the area's largest playground, where there are also football goals, and in less than 100 meters you reach the beach, which is known for being very child-friendly. Not for rent to youth groups.

Cancellation terms:

  • General Conditions
  • Until 60 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
  • From 59 to 35 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
  • From day 34 and up to and including the date of arrival or later and in case of failure to show up when the rental period commences: 100 percent of the total rental price + administration fee.
  • Prepaid extra services, e.g. bed linen, final cleaning and baby chair etc., will be 100% refunded if the tenant cancels the rental agreement.
