Cottage located on a 900 m & # 178; fenced natural plot only approx. 700 m from the beach and Ærøskøbing marina. The house consists of a combined living / dining room. A spacious kitchen, located next to the dining room. The house is close to good shopping and only a short walk from Ærøskøbing Centrum. Not for rent to youth groups.

The house is spacious and clean, well-equipped (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc), many hooks on the walls and storage space in the bathroom for towels and toiletries.

Well-equipped house with 2 washing machines, kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, sufficient dishes and kitchen equipment, 3 outdoor seating areas, one of which is covered. There are also plenty of seat cushions available. In the shed, there are additional deck chairs, a grill, beach toys, seat cushions. Bicycles and other bulky items can also be stored there. The following points stood out to us negatively: The floor-level shower does not drain well because the drain is not the lowest point, and water also runs under the door, causing a corner of the bathroom to always be flooded. There are no power outlets in the bathroom for a hairdryer or razor. In 2 weeks, approximately 105 kWh of electricity consumption, costing 46€; and consumption of nearly 3 cubic meters of water, costing around 30€.

A very well equipped, quiet but centrally located house with very nice and helpful owners. There is also a huge garden that offers relaxation but also plenty of play space. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our time very well.
