Holiday cottage approx. 200 m from the North Sea. The house is located on a 2655 m² large natural plot overlooking the dunes from the terrace. There is a 11 m² annex with 2 3/4-size beds, perfect for e.g. teenagers or grandparents. The house is well-furnished with e.g. flatscreen TV and open concept kitchen/living room. There is wood-burning stove, DVD player and stereo set with CD player. The kitchen has i.a. electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment and a microwave oven. Bathroom with shower cubicle. On the beach you can search for amber, do some fishing or just enjoy the quiet surroundings near Vrist.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Our stay in this charming little holiday home was simply dreamy. The location directly on the rugged but beautiful North Sea coast offers a perfect mix of tranquility, nature, and fresh sea air. The house itself is lovingly furnished – cozy, clean, and equipped with everything one needs for a relaxing vacation.

General condition: is okay. It is quite obviously not a new house, but very cozy and hyggelig. It has some quirks and worn furniture, but those who are not bothered by that will feel comfortable. // Equipment: is diverse except for the missing dishwasher and a very expensive heating system (we recommend heating with wood). There is little space for TV evenings on the sofa and armchair, would not recommend it for a large group of people. The Weber grill is great! / The Beuler in the bathroom is not made for generous showering and the floor is quite cold. For people with children, I would only recommend the house in summer, as it is only possible to warm the house with a lot of effort. / / Property: was great for us, you have a certain privacy due to the distance from the path and the neighbors. However, for those who do not want to be seen and want complete isolation, it is probably too open. / / Location: great, you are at the / beach in just a few minutes. The paths to the beach with the stroller are not developed, however.

The only thing is the location, / We were already in this house in 2017, but now it was / totally dirty, all the pots, no decent coffee cups, all chipped, cobwebs everywhere, no wooden spoons or spatulas or other utensils, water constantly behind the toilet, I broke in on the terrace, various boards were soft, grill completely filthy, storage room a junk room, guest house smells extremely, table football what's the point? House is not at all suitable for 8 people, Dancenter not always available!! / The only nice person there was Maria from Dancenter, very friendly and helpful, / So I can't recommend it anymore, had already booked for September but canceled for the above reasons,
