After a few weeks, an invoice for €93.00 for the cleaning arrived with two photos showing 2 spots, but there is no date stamp visible on the photos. I assume that these are reusable photos. Now regarding the property, I do not recommend it, as it is in a neglected condition, especially around the premises. The heating stove, I do not think it is safe, as the pipe on the ceiling is completely rusted, risk of smoke poisoning.

The chimney was not in order as far as we could tell (the flue was rusted through at the top). Property + location: the location directly by the sea compensates for a lot! The view is fantastic. The lawn is unkempt and currently brown. This did not really bother us, but it would certainly be good if something were done here at and in the house. We definitely had a wonderful vacation and would rent the house again.

Very cozy house overlooking the calm Baltic Sea. The area offers very nice walks and I enjoy not seeing other holidaymakers. The stove makes the apartment really warm and I'm already thinking about coming back here for Christmas. Everything fantastic!!!
