The location is great, quiet, and a stone's throw from the beautiful and very clean beach (mostly sand). It is 2 km to the town of Broager, where there is almost everything you need, and what you can't find there: It's not far to Sønderborg either. We spent two wonderful weeks of active vacation there, including hikes along the Gendarmstien, kayaking, swimming/bathing. We can wholeheartedly recommend the house and Vemmingbund and can well imagine coming back. Recommendations: hikes along Gendarmstien. We had an inflatable kayak with us, which we used intensively. Bathing/Swimming/Fishing.
