Our 74 sqm summer house has a bedroom with a double bed ( and baby cot) and a small room with a loft bed.
The kitchen is open to the spacious living room, where there is also a sofa bed
Toilet and shower are in 2 separate rooms.
In the living room the stove invites you to "hygge".
The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and a barbecue area, where there is also a smoker.
Children can build castles in the boat sandpit or swing with a view of the sea.

The house is about 2 minutes walk from the sandy beach, separated from the sea only by a cow meadow.
The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. Most of the village consists of summer houses, but there are also a few houses that are inhabited all year round.
Brunsnæs is a dreamy place where you can be close to nature and really relax.
If you want to be a bit more active, you can walk the "Gendarme's Path" right from the front door or use the bicycle ferry (in July) to plan excursions in the surrounding area by bike.
5 minutes by car in Broager there are various shopping facilities: 2 supermarkets, a bakery, pharmacy, pizza service, flower shop, bank and library and a pizzeria.

Beautiful vacation
We had a great week and can easily recommend the little house.
Unfortunately, the refrigerator broke down on the second day, but the Larsen family had a replacement installed in less than 24 hours. That is truly top-notch service.
The house warms up quite a bit in the sun, which was great for us, but it could get a bit hot in the height of summer. However, the house has air conditioning (air-to-air heat pump), so it shouldn't be a huge problem then. The property is truly beautiful and offers everything one needs.
It is really incredibly quiet there. Those who want to get away from it all and just want peace are exactly right here.

Very nice holiday home on the beach
The house is in a very nice location. 2 minutes walk to the beach and perfect for a holiday with the family. We had a very nice time!

Great original house in the most beautiful location
This summer house is a great authentic summer house with a dreamlike view of the Flensburg Fjord - only a few steps away from a small quiet beach.
The wonderful tranquillity of this street leads to quick relaxation.
The house is very lovingly furnished and the landlords are extremely nice and are always there to help and advise.
We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful vacation in the dreamy holiday home
The Larsen family's holiday home has everything your heart desires: a light-flooded, modern and spacious living/dining area, two bedrooms, a separate toilet with washing machine, and a shower. An absolute highlight is also the garden that surrounds the whole house. Since we were there at the right time of year, we were even able to pick blackberries and raspberries. We used the barbecue area and enjoyed our meals on the two terraces, depending on the time of day - all with a view of the sea! As the holiday home is located in a cul-de-sac, it is really fantastically quiet. We got to know both locals and tourists as neighbors.
It is actually less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, however in late summer there were rarely people in the water - which may be due to the plants and jellyfish that washed up in abundance. But the 10-minute drive to Vemmingbundstrandvej is bearable. There is a great, clean sandy beach with a pleasant water temperature.
If you remember to bring your own towels and bed linen, you won't lack anything in this dreamy holiday home in Brunsnaes!
