Die Lage in erster Reihe am Wendtorfer Strand mit Blick auf die Ausfahrt der Yachten. Die Ausstattung zweckmäßig mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung modern und gut Nutzbar. Empfehlungen: Sogar fußläufig erreicht der Lauffreudige Laboe mit seiner Besichtigungsatraktion U-Boot und Marineehrenmal. Strandpromenade und vorgelagerten Strand laden zum Essen und Trinken ein. Aber auch die Vielzahl an mobilen Fischwagen, die alle Fischköstlichkeiten auch im Brötchen anbieten. Von Laboe aus kann auch eine 1,45 stündige Ostsee Rundfahrt 3 mal am Tag gemacht werden. In ca. 25 km Entfernung gibt es eine Straußenfarm zu besichtigen und gleich dahinter eine Steilküste. Aber auch Kiel mit seinem Hafen und seiner Altstadt ein beliebtes Ziel. Etwas weiter wäre auch die Insel Fehmarn zu besuchen.

Das Haus besticht trotz Baugleichheit mit den anderen Häusern durch seine absolut stilvolle Dekoration, die Aufwertung der Ausstattung und der Pflege des Hauses innen und außen. Empfehlungen: Allein der Blick vom Balkon auf die Kieler Förde in erster Reihe ist lohnenswert. Ausflüge zu Tatort Hawai in Stein sind Pflicht und fußläufig zu erreichen. Bottsand, Heidkate, Laboe und Schönberg sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Kiel kann mit der Fähre ab Laboe angefahren werden. Für Kinder ist der Strand in Stein absolut empfehlenswert da er feinsandig ist, einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Förde bietet und die Kinder im flachen Wasser spielen können. Bademöglichkeiten werden ebenfalls geboten. / / Frischen Fisch gibts direkt vom Kutter in der Marina Wendtorf und ist auch fußläufig erreichbar. Dort gibt es nicht nur fangfrischen Fisch sondern auch warme Küche. / / Für Familien ist weiterhin der Spielplatz in Heikendorf, direkt an der Förde zu empfehlen. Dort ist man fußläufig dann auch sehr schnell am U-Boot Denkmal Möltenort.

ein super Blick auf die Kieler Bucht. Eigentümer scheinen das Haus selber zu nutzen, sehr gute Küchenausstattung, gepflegtes Haus - uns hat nichts gefehlt. Es gab sogar für alle 4 Personen eine Strandliege. vom Vorteil ist auch, dass die Schlafräume im Erdgeschoss sind. Bei 35 grad draußen war die Klimaanlage auch hilfreich. Der Balkon hat einen Tisch für 4 Personen, so dass gemeinsames Essen auf dem Balkon möglich war mit bester Ausicht auf dem Schiffverkehr. Auch das Fernglas wurde häufig genutzt. Schlafräume sind eher klein. Wohn- und Küchenraum bieten genug Raum zum Verweilen ... Empfehlungen: Radfahren in allen Richtungen, auch ins Hinterland sehr schön. Lange Wanderungen am Strand möglich. Baden, Cafe am Tatort in Stein gleich um die Ecke. Kleiner EDEKA am Ort. Großer EDEKA, DM und Aldi Orteingang Laboe (5 km). Restaurant sind in Wendtorf nicht vorhanden. Leckeren Fisch kann man am Hafen kaufen. Brötchen und Kuchen beim Barsbäcker (nicht vom Gebäude schrecken lassen...). Fahrradverleih am Ort. Die Bautätigkeit am Ort hat uns nicht gestört oder beinträchtigt. - Ist direker Hafennähe sicher anders. In Kiel war zum Einkaufen und bummeln die Holtenauer Straße für uns interessanter als die Fußgänger Zone der Innenstadt. Die kleine Stadt Lütjenburg hat uns sehr gefallen. Im Garten des Lokals Pur haben wir toll Essen können. In diesem Ort finden außerhalb des Ortes auch schöne Wikinger-Treffen, ...

Die direkte Nähe der Ostsee. Nicht mal eine Minute und man steht im Wasser. Vom Esstisch aus eine wunderbare Aussicht. Sehr gepflegtes Haus Strandblick 21. Große Ausstattung in der Küche, da hat es am nichts gefehlt. 2 Kaffeemaschinen Filter und Nespresso, Toaster, Backofen und Mikrowelle. Fön im Bad. Empfehlungen: Die Insel Fehmarn ist in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar, sehr schöner Strand. Kiel ist 10 Minuten entfernt und lädt zum shoppen ein. Wir haben Fahrräder ausgeliehen und haben die topfebene Gegend von Wendtdorf erkundet.

Empfehlungen: Zu empfehlen ist natürlich der frisch geräucherte Fisch am Hafen. / Wanderungen entlang der Steilküste oder am Damm sind bei jedem Wetter ein Highlight. / Am EDEKA Wendtorf gibt es für Kinder jeden Alters einen grossen Spielplatz mit einer Halfpipe. / Laboe ist sehr schön und bietet mit seinen vielen Restaurants viele kulinarische Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen. Die Fischküche sollte auf jeden Fall auf dem Programm stehen. / Ein Besuch der Stadt Kiel bietet Abwechslung, sowohl kulturell wie auch seine vielfältigen Möglichkeiten zu stoppen. / Wer nach Kalifornien und Brasilien möchte, kommt auch auf seine Kosten.
