Besonders gefallen hat uns der Spieleraum mit Billardtisch, Tischkicker und vielem mehr sowie das Schwimmbad mit Sauna und Wirlpool. Auch die Küche war weitestgehend gut bestückt. Sehr gut fanden wir, dass in den Küchenschränken noch genügend Platz war für die mitgebrachten Lebensmittel. Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsenen da und konnten uns in dem großzügig geschnittenen Haus gut verteilen. Empfehlungen: Das Haus liegt nicht weit vom Strand entfernt, nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Dort kann man sehr schöne Spaziergänge unternehmen. Außerdem ist in Nordborg das Danfoss Universe. Ein Erlebnispark, der sehr schön sein soll, war allerdings wegen Corona gerade geschlossen.

Der Pool und der Garten haben uns am besten gefallen. Empfehlungen: Bitte beachten: Es fallen hohe Nebenkosten an, auch wenn man sparsam mit duschen, etc. ist. Allein durch den Pool und Whirlpool wird viel verbraucht. Die Pumpen laufen rund um die Uhr. Der Stromverbrauch für 2 Wochen war enorm. Beim Pool sollte man aufpassen, nicht viel Wasser hinauszuspritzen, die Gegenstromanlage auszulassen und den Whirlpool nur selten zu nutzen. Wir waren nur 3 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder ins hatten eine Rechnung von ca. 3600 DKK. Bzw haben wir nur 400 DKK der Kaution zurückbekommen. / Zu den Betten: Glücklicherweise passten drei Betten in ein Schlafzimmer, sodass wir ein Familienbett daraus machen konnten. Ansonsten wäre es eher schwierig geworden mit den schmalen Betten.

Beim Betreten des Hauses war ein Hausmeister da, der die Zählerstände aufgenommen hat und die Schlüssel übergeben hat. Es gab keine Hinweise zum Thema "Endreinigung". Wie immer führten wir am Ende diese durch und der Hausmeister kam mit einem weiteren Kollegen, um dies zu prüfen. Diese rückten sogar das Sideboard auf dem der TV steht nach vorne und bemängelten Staub dahinter. Ebenso wurden Kotflecken von Vögeln auf den Fensterscheiben, Kalkreste in den Düsen des Whirlpools bemängelt und einige Kleinigkeiten mehr. Diese Punkte waren allesamt bei Anreise bereits vorhanden. Darauf wies ich die beiden Hausmeister hin und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass mir die Kaution in Höhe von ca. 500 ¬ nicht ausgezahlt würde, wenn wir dies nicht erledigen. Schließlich müsse man neu vermieten. Wir waren (vermutlich) die ersten Gäste nach der Corona-Zeit und kamen in ein Haus, dass seit einiger Zeit nicht gereinigt wurde und mussten es am Ende im optimalen Zustand abgeben und wurden unter Druck gesetzt. Das Haus selbst verdient eine tolle Bewertung, der Service der Endabnahme war sehr unangenehm und eine mieser Abschluss des Urlaubs. / Tipp: / Entweder die Endreinigung für aktuell ca. 250 ¬ dazubuchen oder bei Betreten des Hauses wirklich alles dokumentieren, inkl. dem Abrücken von Möbeln, Kontrolle der Fenster, etc.

A very spacious house with all the amenities you need for a fun getaway, The sauna and whirlpool were great for winding down after a day of activities, The location was nice and quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for, Only downside was the cleaning fee, which was a bit higher than expected,

Our stay in the holiday home in Nordborg was absolutely fabulous! The spacious layout was perfect for our group of 16, and we never felt cramped. The swimming pool was a highlight, especially the water slide that entertained the kids for hours. After a day full of activities, we loved to relax in the sauna and the hot tub. The game room was also a hit with the teenagers.

We enjoyed our stay in this holiday home. It was clean and well-maintained, and the layout was perfect for our two families. The children had a lot of fun with the PlayStation and the billiard table. The only suggestion I would have is clearer instructions regarding cash payments for cleaning and deposits.

We thought it was very good that there was enough space in the kitchen cupboards for the food we had brought with us. We were very pleased to find that there was still plenty of space in the kitchen cabinets for the groceries we brought. There were 10 adults in our group and we were able to spread out comfortably in the spacious house.
