First call on Tuesday: we were told to leave the key in the key box, a technician would come! Furthermore, we would be notified. Wednesday evening, still no technician and no call. Then wrote another email! Described problems, attached photos! On Friday, at 10:00 AM, a technician was at the door to check the TV. He saw no way to fix the problem. We had a great time in this holiday home! The view of the sea was simply breathtaking, the garden was perfect for our children to play, and we loved the cozy decor inside. The only thing I would say is that the Wi-Fi could be a bit faster, but it didn't ruin our stay. Overall, a fantastic place for families!
