Die Ausstattung von dem Ferienhaus ist gut. Highlight ist die Aussicht auf die Ostsee, speziell vom ersten Stock. Autos können nicht direkt am Haus geparkt werden, es gibt reservierte Parkplätze an der Einfahrt. Zum Be- und Entladen ist es kurz gestattet am Haus zu parken. Empfehlungen: Aquarium GEOMAR, speziell für kleinere Kinder

Wir waren mit der Familie zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus und zwei Mal in einer großen Wohnung. Alle hatten eine tolle Ausstattung und eine herrliche Aussicht auf die Ostsee. / Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Empfehlungen: Nach Laboe kommt man durch einen Spaziergang am Strand, vorbei an der Steilküste und von dort ist mit der Fähre, Kiel schnell erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man wunderbare Touren durch die Natur genießen.

Besonders hat uns die Aussicht von der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer gefallen. Durch die große Fensterfront konnte man über die Düne direkt auf die Ostsee schauen. Empfehlungen: Vom Ferienhaus sind es ca. 300 Meter zu einem Fischerboot bei dem man leckere Fischbrötchen kaufen kann.

Die Lage in der ersten Reihe mit Blick auf die Ostsee. Die Raumaufteilung: Küche/Essplatz und Wohnzimmer mit Balkon in der 1. Etage, daher freier Blick über den Deich auf die Ostsee. Empfehlungen: wir wollen einfach nur mit Kindern und Enkeln die Ostsee genießen. Besonders zu empfehlen ist der Strand beim "Tatort Hawaii" (ca.10 bis 15 Min. Fußweg. Durch die Baumaßnahmen gibt es derzeit nur 1 "Imbiss" an der Marina . Empfehlenswert ist der Italiener am Campingplatz. In Stein wurde das alte Kurhaus umgebaut "Gut salzig", leider war es noch nicht geöffnet.

The location and view are fantastic. However, the access is lengthy and some buildings in the immediate vicinity are ready for demolition. The equipment was fine, although there were too few glasses (we obtained some and left them there) and one chair was broken. The shower on the upper floor leaks and, with heavy use, puts the bathroom "under water."

We had a wonderful time in this holiday home. The place was super cozy and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, which made cooking shared meals a pleasure. The terrace was a highlight; we spent many evenings there with a glass of wine, looking at the sea. The only inconvenience was that the Wi-Fi was sometimes a bit unreliable, but to be honest, we didn't mind disconnecting for a while.
