Well-appointed holiday cottage for 20 people, which simply offers everything the heart desires of activities. The house is very spacious and well dimensioned and built around 3 separate sleeping quarters. Each department has 1 bathroom plus an extra bathroom in the pool area. A total of 4 bathrooms, all have underfloor heating. All 8 bedrooms and two lofts have box mattresses. The pool area includes a large swimming pool, water slide, large built-in whirlpool and sauna for 4-6 people. The living room is tastefully decorated with modern furniture, wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV. On the other side of the centrally located dining/living room you find the activity area with a flat-screen TV and music system where you can play a game of darts, billiards or pool at the pool table, play table tennis or table football. On the big plot that surrounds the house there are swings and sandbox. Large open sun terrace and covered terrace - perfect for a nice barbecue with family and friends. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house.

The size of the house and room layout, The kitchen is very spacious, 3 large refrigerators perfect, Play equipment like table tennis table, pool table and table soccer also good, The pool was used daily, as was the hot tub, Good in this room the door to the outside, The courtyard with the long table row was well used. / The rooms are very small, The backs of the closets are in the opposite room, so very noisy, The sofas are already somewhat saggy, Some of the sun umbrellas were defective, The 3-week-old grill was unfortunately heavily damaged and dirty due to previous guests. / In the kitchen, small bowls were missing, Everything else was sufficiently available. / In the outdoor area, the ladder was missing on the climbing frame, Glass shards were found in front of the football arena, Walking on the trampoline was very dangerous as it was not properly embedded in the ground, There are rocky edges and gaps around it, which are very dangerous for smaller children. Furthermore, the metal frame was broken and springs were missing. Very unfortunate.
