Description
Newly built and well-equipped holiday home on Southals, 82 m2 for 6 persons,with wireless internet access,and located only 500 m from a child-friendly bathing beach
The holiday home is built in the best materials and beautifully furnished with modern furniture.
The holiday home has 3 bedrooms, all with double beds and ample wardrobe space
The house has a 120 sqm wooden terrace, of which approx. 15 sqm are covered
Garden furniture is available. In the garden there is also a swing and a sandpit. The bathroom has a floor heating and a shower
The modern kitchen is open to the living room and has a convection oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer
The living room is modern and chic. For the cold days there is a modern fireplace in the centre of the room. Wireless internet access, 32" flat screen TV, as well as The floor consists of a pine wood plank and chic and cot is available.

Relaxation in the great holiday home
We spent a great week with our 3 children and dog in this beautiful holiday home.
Nothing is missing. The garden offers various seating options and a highlight, the large trampoline. Skovmose Beach is easily accessible both on foot and by car. Wonderful sandy beach with clear water invites swimming and splashing. Very important for us, the beach is not crowded at all, really great. There are some excursion spots and also shopping opportunities in the area.
Landlord Asger is always easily reachable.
We will definitely come back and look forward to our next stay.

Very quiet accommodation
Those looking for a quiet accommodation in the countryside are exactly right here. The accommodation is spacious, clean, and very well equipped. The landlord speaks German very well and is very friendly. I can recommend the property with a clear conscience.

Pretty little house with a great terrace and good amenities.
We had a very relaxed, quiet vacation in the cottage Askemose 2 in Skovmose.
The garden is beautiful, and with the many comfortable seating options on the terrace surrounding the whole house, you can always follow the sun (which was a great advantage at the end of April).
The kitchen is well-equipped, and the living room furniture is comfortable.
You can shop in the nearby Skovby. Even better is Høruphav, which also features a lovely marina and beautiful walking paths. In just 15 minutes you are in the city of Sønderburg, which is worth a visit.

Super layout, great terrace - a complete success!
Due to a fire, we urgently needed accommodation and were very lucky to be able to rent this wonderful holiday home at short notice for 4 weeks. Despite the difficult circumstances, we had an absolutely great time there!
The house is simply dreamy: very clean, tastefully furnished, and well thought out. Even with three children, we had enough space on rainy days. Thanks to the thoughtful layout, I was even able to work from there without disturbing the family.
An absolute highlight is the spacious wooden terrace that surrounds the entire house! Perfect for sunbathing in nice weather, and even in the rain, there is a wonderful covered area to stay.
The location is great: The sea, with a beautiful beach, is within walking distance, which is a huge advantage, especially with children. No annoying packing of the car for a day at the beach! We never lacked anything in terms of equipment - the kitchen is well-equipped, all appliances work perfectly, and you can tell that it was furnished with great attention to detail.
I would especially like to highlight the landlords: Asger and his wife were incredibly nice and accommodating. He was immediately reachable for any questions.
What started as an emergency turned into an unforgettable time thanks to this wonderful holiday home! Absolutely recommended!

Relaxing break
We were at the beautiful holiday home for the second time and spent a relaxing vacation there. The house is equipped with everything you need for a restful holiday. It is spacious enough, and our four-legged friend also felt very comfortable on the large property. We especially liked the different seating areas on the porch, so you could always find a sunny spot. Children will surely love the great, large trampoline. The location of the house is optimal; within just a few minutes, you are at the beach. Communication with the landlord went very well; Asger responded kindly and friendly to questions immediately and was always reachable. We really enjoyed it again and would love to come back.

Das Haus ist einfach traumhaft: sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut durchdacht. Selbst mit drei Kindern hatten wir auch an Regentagen ausreichend Platz. Dank der durchdachten Aufteilung konnte ich sogar problemlos von dort aus arbeiten, ohne die Familie zu stören.
Ein absolutes Highlight ist die großzügige Holzterrasse, die um das ganze Haus führt! Bei schönem Wetter perfekt zum Sonnenbaden und auch bei Regen gibt es einen wunderbarer überdachter Bereich zum aufhalten.
Die Lage ist super: Das Meer, mit einem schönen Strand, ist fußläufig erreichbar, was besonders mit Kindern ein riesiger Vorteil ist. Kein lästiges Autopacken für den Strandtag!
An der Ausstattung hat uns wirklich nie etwas gefehlt - die Küche ist bestens ausgerüstet, alle Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei und man merkt, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet wurde.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Vermieter: Asger und seine Frau waren unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen war er sofort erreichbar.
Aus einer Notlage wurde dank diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus eine unvergessliche Zeit! Absolute Weiterempfehlung!
Es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten bietet verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten und ein Highlight, das große Trampolin. Skovmose Strand ist sowohl zu Fuß, sowie auch mit dem Auto super zu erreichen. Wundervoller Sandstrand mit klarem Wasser, lädt zum baden und planschen ein. Für uns sehr wichtig, der Strand ist überhaupt nicht überfüllt, wirklich toll. Es gibt einige Ausflugsorte und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.
Vermieter Asger ist stets gut erreichbar.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.
Der Garten ist schön und durch die vielen bequemen Sitzgelegenheiten auf der das ganze Haus umfassenden Terasse, kann man immer der Sonne folgen ( das war Ende April ein großer Vorteil).
Die Küche ist hochwertig ausgestattet und die Wohnzimmermöbel bequem.
Einkaufen kann man im nahegelegenen Skovby. Noch besser geht es in Høruphav, dass sich auch durch einen hübschen Yachthafen und schöne Spazierwege auszeichnet.
In nur 15 Minuten ist man in der Stadt Sønderburg, die einen Ausflug wert ist.
Zudem wurden wir auch von dem Vermieter erstmals persönlich empfangen, sodass man bei ersten Problemen sofort ein Ansprechpartner gehabt hätte.
Dies war aber nicht der Fall, da das Haus mit seiner Ausstattung für einen erholsamen Urlaub alles zu bieten hatte. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.
Es war super sauber, was für uns immer eins der wichtigsten Kriterien ist.
Für die Kinder war das Highlight das neue hochwertige Trampolin.
Es gibt 2 Terassenseiten, somit konnten wir morgens und abends in der Sonne sitzen.
Der Vermieter, Asger, ist typisch dänisch nett und zuvorkommend, telefonisch oder via e-mail immer erreichbar.
Wir kommen gerne wieder
Wir und auch unsere beiden Kinder fühlen uns in diesen Ferienhaus sehr wohl. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und die Ausstattung ist super. Hier fehlt es an nichts.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und haben bereits fürs nächste Jahr gebucht.
Das tolle an dem Gebiet sind die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflüge. Alles gar nicht zu schaffen in der kurzen Zeit.
Wir jedenfalls werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Das Haus liegt im neuen Teil der Feriensiedlung. Der Strand ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar und läd zu Spaziergängen ein. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Dankeschön!
