Location and layout of the rooms was top notch, carport was great when we arrived in the rain, very close to the beach, some sea view from the living area and terrace was nice, sometimes not enough shelves or hooks, no drawers in the bedrooms, kitchen equipment was good, however, many of the kitchen utensils are getting old, e.g. large selection of knives, but many so blunt that I could only cut a carrot with the fourth knife, it's nice that there is a mixer, the liter measure for measuring is very broken, some things need to be replaced, doesn't cost much, no cleaning products available, just a few dishwasher tablets, it was basically clean, but a thorough cleaning would have been appropriate in some places, you would expect that for the final cleaning price of 135 euros, but overall the price-performance ratio was good to very good,

The holiday home was perfect for us. We appreciated the modern kitchen and the convenience of a washing machine. Additionally, the proximity to local restaurants like Restaurant Baade was very practical.

This house is great. The location as a corner lot has some traffic, I can imagine that it is more in the summer. Now at the beginning of November, it was manageable. The lake view was there, but I imagine something different when I think of a panoramic view. About the house: The furnishings were perfectly fine, we missed nothing. / We have been going to Denmark for 27 years, and I have not found champagne glasses in any house so far, which is why we always bring our own. That is not a criticism of the house but just a remark on the side.
