Comfortable holiday cottage located in a quiet area with panoramic views over the Little Belt. There is Solar Venti (free, dry and warm air into the house). The terrace is equipped with grill and garden furniture. There are 2 bathrooms, one with whirlpool with integrated steam cabin. The functional kitchen has all appliances and modern facilities including cooker with ceramic hob. The living room is kept in bright colours and has a wood-burning stove. The house is perfect for the small family. No letting to youth groups.

Location and layout of the rooms was great, carport was fantastic in the rain upon arrival, very close to the beach, some sea view from living area and terrace was nice, partly lacking shelves or hooks, no drawers in the bedrooms, kitchen equipment good, however, many kitchen utensils are already worn out, for example, a large selection of knives, but many so dull that I could only cut a carrot with the fourth knife, pleasing that a blender is available, the measuring cup for measuring is quite broken, some things should be replaced, doesn't cost much, no cleaning products available, only a few dishwasher tablets, it was generally clean, but a thorough cleaning would be needed in some areas, for a cleaning fee of €135, this could be expected, overall price-performance ratio good to very good.

The location, the view, the short walk to the beach, and the beautiful covered terrace pleased us once again very much. However, we know that it is the tenant's responsibility to bring cleaning supplies. Unfortunately, this year there wasn't even a basic supply of cleaning products, such as toilet cleaner, neutral soap, rinse aid for the dishwasher, or spare light bulbs. You really have to bring EVERYTHING. You have to bring EVERYTHING yourself!
