Very well-equipped house, everything needed was available and in good condition. There are 5 houses in a row located by the shore, behind them 2 smaller ones. All have a good distance from each other. Very advantageous was the supermarket with a gas station (gasoline for boat engines) directly above on the little-used road. The rented boat was in very good condition and the engine was always reliable. The washing machine had a defect but was promptly replaced by the very friendly landlord. The location right by the small harbor, for 4-5 boats, was ideal for us; the view of the fjord with the offshore islands and the West Cape, in all weather conditions, is beautiful. Recommended are the visit to the West Cape, the new, still not quite finished staircase Hakalletrappa (beautiful view, after conquering up to then 760 steps), the bird island Runde, Alesund, the hiking trails into the adjacent mountain world, and and and... Very well maintained and clean. Great and reliable 18-foot boat with 25 HP. Nice view from the house of the sea. Recommendations: Short distances for shopping at Joker and gas station for the boat nearby. The fish cleaning station was a bit lacking with a wobbly table, no roof, and very drafty in the wind. There are definitely still opportunities for improvement.

The house is simply great – just like in the photos! The view of the water and the sunset is breathtaking. The kitchen and living room are spacious and equipped with everything necessary. The access to the water and the boats is very convenient and well thought out. Outside, there is a practical station for filleting fish as well as a freezer for storing the catch. Directly across from the house is a small shop with everything you need – very convenient! Overall, a perfect place for a fishing holiday – absolutely recommended!

The place was super clean and had a nice vibe, I loved waking up to that ocean view every morning, The kids had a blast on the trampoline and at the beach nearby, We even rented a kayak, which was a highlight for sure, Only thing was the WiFi was a bit slow sometimes, but honestly, we were too busy enjoying nature to care much, Would definitely stay again in a heartbeat!
