Holiday cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna as well as various activities for 18 people. The activity room is 28 m² and here you can play billiards and table tennis. There are 3 bathrooms, one has a 4-6 person whirlpool and sauna. The kitchen has 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers and large cooling capacity. Of course there is underfloor heating in the bathrooms and the rest of the house which is also heated by geothermal energy. The pool is 18 m² and has a slide for the children to enjoy. There is also a swim coach. You can relax in the whirlpool and sauna located in the pool room which has high-vaulted ceiling. The crackling fire from the wood-burning stove can be enjoyed indoors. The kitchen is well equipped. There are 4 TVs in different departments as well as PlayStation2 and Nintendo Wii and DVD player. There are also billiards, electronic darts and table tennis. There is room for ball games and other games on the plot. There are 164 m² terrace of which 51 m² are covered for barbecues and relaxation, so you can arrange a barbecue. Payment for consumption, and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The large grounds with the sports field, the pool, the nice care from the landlord, the well-equipped kitchen, and the many play options in the house for the children. Recommendations: The attics are almost not usable as sleeping areas because they are open and located above the living rooms. The house overall is also very noisy. / A trip to Marielyst is worthwhile; the surrounding beaches are very beautiful. There is a good bus connection to Nykobing, the place is worth seeing. The nearest restaurant is in Marielyst, which is about a 3km walk. Nearby is a discount store, which, however, offers little fresh fruit and vegetables.

We felt comfortable and would generally book the house again. Recommendations: We were there in November - did not visit any attractions - many, due to the season, were also not open. Butcher shop in Marielyst = super.
