A south-facing balcony allows you to enjoy the sun and a view into a beautifully landscaped garden. Of course, you can also enjoy the barbecue season (electric grill) during the summer months.

Pirmasens is the starting point for many activities. Whether you want to shop or just relax, walk or explore the beautiful surroundings. Alsace (12 km), Lorraine (15 km), Saarland (28 km), the Dahn (15 km), the Palatinate Forest ( km) are within a few minutes. Kaiserslauter and Saarbrücken are a good half, Speyer and Karlsruhe less than an hour away.
