Open kitchen(cooker(electric), hood, coffee machine, fridge(+ freezer)), Living/bed room(22 m2)(double folding bed, TV(cable, german television channels, danish TV channels (DR1 and TV2)), radio), bedroom(5 m2)(2x single bed), bathroom(bathtub or shower, washbasin, toilet), mezzanine(2x single folding bed), heating(electric), terrace(28 m2), garden

Approx. 50 m from the marina, where there is miniature golf and children's play area and approx. 200 m to the city centre, is this terraced house in Ærø Marina. The kitchen has limited development opportunities into the culinary with 2 hot plates and a small fridge. The furniture is old. The house is for the small family, who primarily want a perfect base for excursions on the island. The ocean can be seen from the terrace, so you have the opportunity to follow a part of the great activity that takes place on the water. Ærø Marina consists of 37 townhouses built in 1986, after which the area was renovated in 2004 (outdoor areas).

  • From day 34 and up to and including the date of arrival or later and in case of failure to show up when the rental period commences: 100 percent of the total rental price + administration fee.
  • Prepaid extra services, e.g. bed linen, final cleaning and baby chair etc., will be 100% refunded if the tenant cancels the rental agreement.
