Welcome to a holiday home on Öland where you are only 2 km to Köpingsvik's wonderful sandy beaches and 5 km to the pulse of Borgholm. You have two lovely outdoor balconies with outdoor furniture and sun loungers. The house has an open floor plan with a combined kitchen with dining area and living room. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. The large plot is perfect for play and games. The lot is adjacent to house: 29824, which is also rented out, which can be good to know if you are a larger group that wants to celebrate a holiday together. The entrance to the parking for both houses is via your part of the plot. It is possible to charge your electric car on site. Payment is made via the app. The cottage has wireless wifi if you wish to use it during your stay. However, speed and availability cannot be guaranteed. There is also air conditioning in the house. There is a nice cycle and pedestrian route into Borgholm. In Borgholm you can enjoy the wide range of restaurants, shopping and events. Here there are also attractions such as Solliden's castle, Borgholm's castle ruins. Youth groups are not permitted to rent this cabin. No rental to Corporate bookings. A warm welcome to a cozy cottage in the heart of Öland.
