The stove was clean, but over 180 degrees, there was a lot of smoke development after 10 minutes. The outdoor area could be tidied up with a few adjustments. The grill was unusable, even though it was listed in the advertisement... but completely dirty, and the room where the washing machine was located was quite cluttered, but you don't have to use it. Just a pity that it is stated in the ad. But great area and we would have liked to renovate :)
