The flat has a full kitchenette, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, toaster. All technology such as satellite connection, DVD player, mini stereo with CD.
Perhaps good to know: The double bed has extra length, even very tall guests are welcome and can really enjoy themselves Garden you can relax on your own terrace, sunbathe or even grill the famous Thuringian sausages.
Bed linen, towels and everything else you need is provided by us, we are happy to fulfil special requests.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located directly on the edge of the field, on the Erfurt-Weimar cycle path. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the historic old town by tram (also by bike), which runs every 10 minutes during the day. Weimar, the city of classical music, can be reached in about 25 minutes by car or by well-developed train connections.
Holiday flat with separate entrance is approx. 50 m2 and has two bright, spacious rooms with kitchenette. The large bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating and a bathtub with integrated shower. In the garden there is a place just for you. Your car also has its own free parking space on our property.
We ask for your understanding if smoking is not allowed in the flat; also pets can unfortunately not be brought are particularly welcome with us, they live free of charge; a children's travel bed (70 x 140 cm) we provide if necessary with pleasure. Erfurt is beautiful and always worth a visit.

| The ideal occupancy for our spacious flat is one or two people, who then have plenty of space. An extra bed in the bedroom for a third person changes the space available only slightly. From five nights 10% discount on the entire period. Children up to 16 years of age always stay with us free of charge; we have two ourselves and know about their needs. The price includes all costs, including cleaning. The city of Erfurt still charges a bed tax of 5% of the overnight price. Please stay at least three nights, it is worth it. Unfortunately, we do not rent for less than three nights. |
