Idyllic located holiday cottage with a small creek crossing the pot. The wood-burning stove is in the conservatory. There is a fireplace and a small creek in the back garden. Approx. 150 metres to a lovely sand beach, clean water and good fishing and surfing opportunities.

The house is very old and urgently needs renovation (roof (asbestos), terrace (wooden railing), furniture), / However, technically up to date (WIFI, washing machine, dryer, TV, radio, CD, cassette) and the fantastic location compensates for a lot. The walkable proximity to the beach adds to the appeal. The value for money is still acceptable, the consumption costs for 2023 are 5 DKK/kwh and 95 DKK/m³, which ultimately amounts to half of the rent depending on usage. There is a lack of play equipment (swings, etc.). The maintenance and cleanliness need significant improvement - requesting 135,- as a final cleaning fee is, in this context, cheeky. DanCenter cannot be held responsible for the occasional strong odor from a pig farming operation nearby, but could potentially have influence. / Don't expect flashy attractions in Broager, but if you seek tranquility and peace in a visually entertaining hilly landscape, extensive cycling and hiking trails, or child-friendly beach holidays, this is the right place. The shopping options in Broager city are excellent, but the gastronomic offer is limited... / Let's not forget the interesting appreciation of the historically highly significant war situation around the memorial "Düppeler Schanzen."

The house is rather unassuming from the outside, but cozy with a small living room and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table. There is a bright conservatory! The property is very nice with a barbecue area, seating area, and a small stream. It's only a few minutes' walk to the Baltic Sea beach.
