House is in good condition. Good and sufficient equipment. However, only 4 German TV channels in the living area upstairs (only 1 channel in the dining area). Large balcony area with sufficient seating. Garden and terrace are quite large. Short path to the water. The location directly on the access road to the holiday home settlement unfortunately leads to some traffic noise.
