Attractive and well located holiday cottage approx. 500 m from the West Coast's wide sandy beach with a beautiful sea view from the living room and terrace. The house is furnished with 2 sections, each with 2 large bedrooms and bathroom, and is thus ideal for two families wishing to holiday together. Well-equipped kitchen in direct connection with dining area, and from here there is access to the living room which has large panoramic windows so that the unique view can be enjoyed from all angles. The furnishings are contemporary, Danish style. The pool area has, in addition to the 14 m² large pool, a whirlpool, a bathroom and a separate room with sauna. Here the children will surely spend many hours swimming and playing. Located on a hilly dune plot in a magnificent dune landscape with a trail system that leads directly through the dunes to the sea. 3 large terraces offering sun from morning to evening.

Generally a nice house with enough space, good layout, and a great location. However, it is unfortunately very noticeable that the house is not being well taken care of:
- There are several lamps either without a light bulb or with a broken one
- There are two garden loungers, one of which is broken in the middle
- There are cigarette butts directly on the grass by the terrace
- The dishwasher is not working properly. We refilled salt and rinse aid, and cleaned the filter, but the dishes still don't come out clean. There are several rubber seals protruding into the machine, which may be preventing proper water circulation. It's better to wash dishes by hand.
- The lower corner cabinet in the kitchen has a loose door that no longer closes properly and collides with the door under the sink, which is annoying as the trash is under the sink.
- The light in the oven is also broken
- The fireplace needs maintenance; it no longer draws air properly, so both air openings must be used continuously to keep it burning. An instruction manual should be available as there are two levers that need to be adjusted depending on the weather or when lighting the fire.
- Water seeps into the house and possibly into the chimney above the fireplace when it rains, which may explain the low airflow.
- The sauna door does not close properly and bangs against the glass
- A window in the dining area is broken and cannot be tilted
- In the pool area, there is a soundbox on the wall that is not set up and therefore cannot be used. The one in the dining area works.
- One of the dining table chairs has peeling faux leather
- Both shower curtains in the bathrooms are moldy
- The base electricity consumption of the house is very high and should not be underestimated. It even exceeds the forecast from DanCenter for houses with a pool and sauna, etc.
