  • From 59 to 35 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.
  • From day 34 and up to and including the date of arrival or later and in case of failure to show up when the rental period commences: 100 percent of the total rental price + administration fee.
  • Prepaid extra services, e.g. bed linen, final cleaning and baby chair etc., will be 100% refunded if the tenant cancels the rental agreement.

The house is located in a quiet area, the furnishings are somewhat simple but completely adequate. We found everything we needed. The only thing that absolutely doesn't work is the internet. We could only log in with a mobile phone. And if you took a few steps away from the router, the internet was gone and you had to log in again. That's unacceptable.

The division in the house was to our liking. The kitchen equipment could be better: whisk, wooden spoon, bottle opener, egg piercer etc. The internet was too weak, it could hardly be used.
